In this way, the colour consultant first identifies the dominant typology, then the secondary and tertiary typologies, creating a colour palette in a flexible way.
The 12-season colour analysis (Spring / Summer / Autumn / Winter) has the skin undertone as its starting point and only takes into account the natural hair colour, which makes the approach less flexible. The tonal colour analysis allows the study of the characteristics one by one (hair - skin complexion - eye colour), providing more precise results and with a greater degree of customization. For tonal analysis, the starting point can be: the brightness level (Light / Dark), the undertone (Warm / Cold) or the contrast level (Contrasting / Discreet), depending on the individual colour particularities.
